3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Management: In rare cases where management must cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided, and assistance will be offered to find alternative accommodation.
  • No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice or cancellation according to the terms, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the guest's payment method within 7 business days of cancellation or as otherwise specified.

4. Security Deposit Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in to cover any potential damages or losses. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Return of Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages or losses are reported, and all terms and conditions are met.
  • Deductions: Any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests will be notified of any deductions.

5. Occupancy and Use Policy

  • Guest Limit: Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit as specified during booking. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from management, and additional charges may apply.
  • Noise and Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests or residents. Excessive noise, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted and may result in termination of stay without refund.
  • Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A designated smoking area is provided. Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation, provided it does not disturb other guests.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments unless explicitly agreed upon during booking. A cleaning fee and deposit may apply for pet stays.

6. Maintenance and Repair Policy

  • Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and tidy condition during their stay. Any maintenance issues or damages should be reported to management immediately.
  • Management Access: Management reserves the right to access the apartment for necessary repairs, maintenance, or inspections with prior notice to the guest, except in emergencies.

  • Breach of Policies: Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without notice if any of the policies are violated, especially if the safety or enjoyment of other guests is compromised.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for early termination of stay due to a breach of policies.
